Delivery Options

  1. Delivered together with Airport Transfer Limousine service When combining with our limousine service, we can pass the device to you when our professional driver pick you up at the airport. Melbourne and Sydney only.
  2. Melbourne Airport Parcel Locker Melbourne Airport Parcel Locker is located in T4 which is 5-10 minutes walk from International Terminal T2. It operates 24/7. Please specify Flight Number and Flight Arrival Date and Time in the reservation.
    Once the parcel is delivered, the access code to unlock the locker will be emailed and sms’ed to your email and mobile number specified.
    Please allow 2 business days for delivery.
    For last minute reservation in Melbourne, please opt for Hotel/Residential/Commercial Address in delivery option take advantage of Same Day Delivery service.
  3. Delivered to Hotel/Residential/Commercial Address in Australia We post to anywhere in Australia.
    Get Delivery Estimate Time by visiting https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ . The From Post Code is 3000.
    Next Business Day means it takes 1 business day to deliver from our location to your address in Australia as long as the reservation is made before 5pm  Melbourne time the business day before.
    For delivery to Hotel, please specify the hotel booking name to help the hotel staff links the parcel to your hotel booking.
    For delivery to Residential/Commercial address such as AirBnB, please specify the name of person who may be receiving on your behalf.
    If this option doesn’t suit you, you may consider the 24/7 Parcel Locker.
  4. 24/7 Parcel Locker This option is great if you are unsure the place you will be staying is not available to accept any parcel. Reservation must be made before 5pm Melbourne time and it can be collected anytime after 6pm the next business day.
    For example, if you will be staying in an AirBnb accommodation and not sure if the owner will be home to accept on your behalf.

    1. Step 1: please visit https://auspost.com.au/pol/app/locate to find the parcel locker where it is convenient for you. Please be sure to select Parcel Locker in the drop down menu.
    2. Step 2: make reservation and specify the parcel locker detail as delivery address. The detail looks like the following:

    3. Step 3: Once the parcel is delivered, the access code to unlock the locker will be emailed and sms’ed to your email and mobile number specified.
  5. Delivery in Singapore We have representatives in Singapore who will be happy to deliver pocket wifi to your address in Singapore before your departure for Australia.
    In general, we need reservation to be made 2-3 days in advance. However, please feel free to check with us for last minute availability. In most cases, we would be able to deliver last minute.
    There is NO additional fee to get the device to be delivered in Singapore.
    A Sing Post prepaid envelop will be provided. Please bring the device with you and post it back in Singapore.
    The delivery is generally done few days before flight departure. However, the start date of rental is the first day of usage in Australia. Similarly, the last date of usage is the last day of usage in Australia.
  6. Delivery in New Zealand We know our customers may go to both Australia and NZ in one go due to geographical position of the countries. We can post it to either AUS or NZ and you may return it in either AUS or NZ. To return the device in NZ, you will need to go to post office to purchase and pay for the service.
